By Commissioning me you have agreed to everything below
If any of these terms are violated all transactions will be terminated.I the artist am within my rights to refuse any commission

General Terms

not following the terms can end you on a blacklist

⬩Commission Conditions⬩

⬩At the moment I DO NOT draw furries or mecha ( not until my skills improve)⬩I DO NOT make NSFW commissions⬩ DO NOT draw heavy Gore⬩ I WILL NOT do NFTS⬩ I WILL NOT draw characters that aren't yours (unless the owner allowed it)⬩ I CAN draw Fanart
(depends on what fandom it is)⬩ I CAN draw suggestive work⬩ I OF COUSE will draw OC's

⬩The final price will be set depending on the complexity of the work, extra characters, items background, etc⬩A small but clear description is needed as well as an up-to-date reference sheet.⬩All orders will be sent through email

⬩PAYMENT AND REFUNDS⬩

⬩Commissions must be paid upfront, within a 48-hour time limit. Once paid your slot is secured⬩Slots will not be held past the 48-hour mark⬩All payments are made through Paypal or Stripe⬩A refund can be asked for before the active drawing period, Once a sketch has been drawn and approved any refunds after will be calculated⬩Refunds are not given after the commission is completed

⬩Progress⬩

⬩All clients will see a sketch of the artwork, At that time 3 alterations can be asked ( every additional alteration will be charged $5)⬩ depending on the number of slots The commission itself should take a maximum of 4-5 months if there are any issues or personal situations clients will be informed

⬩Copyright & Usage Policy⬩

As the artist, I hold the rights to my work. I the artist can:⬩Promote my work on any platform, show art as portfolio work and sample work⬩I can not turn the artwork/designs into merchandise or any profitable itemsThe client is allowed to:⬩Use the work for personal items such as posters, banners, icons, etc. The personal items are ONLY for themself and are not meant to be used commercially⬩If the artwork is going to be used commercially, The artist has to be informed first thing. They must be rightfully credited when used

IF ANY COPYRIGHT TERMS ARE BROKEN THE CLIENT'S RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK WILL BE TAKEN

The following is considered copyright infringement

⬩Reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork commercially without the artist's knowledge or approval⬩ Selling the artwork for cryptocurrency as well as NFT transactions.⬩ Removing any watermarks or signatures.⬩Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork
